Ali previously worked for Poker Heaven for 4 years. He was responsible for driving the rapid growth of Poker Heaven’s CRM infrastructure, software and methodologies over a 4 year period. His projects included the development of The Player Zone, The Video Zone and The Customer Intelligence Database (“CiD”). The CRM function at Poker Heaven helped drive the site’s rapid growth, becoming the second largest operator on the International Poker Network within 2 years of launch, with revenue growth of over 30% per quarter year on year.
